Hrestač in NOVICA - Nutcracker and some NEWS

Živjo,
Danes je prav poseben dan. Zakaj? To je namreč moja zadnja objava kot članica DT Christmas card throwdown izziva. To odločitev sem sprejela, ker se sem se pridružila ekipi Honey bee stamps in bom imela s tem kar nekaj dela. Vseeno upam, da bom našla dovolj časa in bom sodelovala v kar čim več izzivih, ki nam jih bodo pripravile članice DT. :)

Today is a special day. Why? Because, this is my last card as a DT member of Christmas card throwdown chellenge. I decided to do that because I am joining Honey bee stamps DT and I will be quite busy. I hope that I will find enough time to participate in some challenges from awesome CCT DT in the future! :)

Čestitka je res preprosta, a vseeno dovolj zanimiva, da hrestač pritegne pogled. Končno pa sem se spet 'opogumila' in uporabila malo potiskanega papirja! Jeeej. :)
This card is quite simple but yet interesting enough that you look on the focal point of a nutcracker. I finally used some patterned paper again! Yaaay. :)

It's time for another Christmas card throwdown challenge! It's time for theme. :)

Jaz sem naredila tole čestitko:

I made this card:

Tema današnjega tedna so NOTE! Jaz sem se odločila, da naredim oval s pomočjo vode in ZIG markerjev, nato pa sem na ozadje prilepila pavs papir, ki ima narisano notno črtovje. Dodala sem še napis in božička in voščilnica je bila končana. :)

This weeks theme is MUSICAL NOTATION. I decided to make a galaxy background with ZIG markers. I added my vellum piece that has musical notation on it at the back, and glued everything together. In the end I added the sentiment and the santa, so the card was all finished! :)

Moja čestitka je zelo preprosta. Tokrat sem se odločila uporabiti izrezke in čeprav mi je ta čestitka dokaj všeč mislim, da se bom še vedno bolj posluževala štampiljk.. :)

My card is really simple. I decided to use die cuts but even though I quite like this card I think I will stay with stamps.. :)

Letošnja prva božična - First Christmas card of the year

Čeprav je praznikov konec, sem jaz še vedno članica ustvarjalnega tima pri božičnem izzivu. Letos smo se odločile, da ti nov izziv ponudimo vsake dva tedna, zato smo izziv preimenovale v Christmas card throwdown. :)

Although the holidays are over I'm still a design team member at Christmas challenge. This year we decided to offer you a new challenge every two weeks and that's why we change the name into the Christmas card throwdown.:)

Kot ponavadi je prva na vrsti skica. Ker sem že nekaj časa nazaj pobarvala kar nekaj božičnih zvezd sem se odločila, da bo našla svoje mesto tudi na tej čestitki. :)
As usual it's time for sketch. I colored few of this poinsettias some time ago and I decided that it fits perfectly on this card. :)
